How do I make an order?

Browse our products select the item(s) you like, place them into your basket. by pressing add and picking the required size(s) You can then proceed to checkout where you can either check out as a guest or create an account for future orders.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately and If the item has not been shipped we can cancel the order. Please note that if your order has already been dispatched it is not possible to cancel. 

When will I receive my good(s) and how are they shipped?

​All orders are sent via Royal Mail's signed for 2nd class service and should be with you within 2-3 days following dispatch. We aim to dispatch your item(s) within three working days after you've placed your order. 

What are the payment options?

At checkout you will be given three options to pay for your order, Paypal, paying with a credit or debit card or by Clearpay which enables you to spread the cots of your items by instalments. All methods are secure.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the UK only, we may consider international orders in the future but it's currently not an option. If you make an order from an area/country other than the UK your order will be cancelled.

How do I find out about new products?

You can subscribe to our newsletter to receive updates regarding new items that are available. Please go to our blog,  and entering your details where it specifies whether you'd like to sign up to receive newsletters.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email letting you know it's on the way we send items via Royal Mail and you will be required to sign upon receipt of the good(s).

How do I return an item?

Order status

Once your order is completed and your payment has been received by us, we will send a confirmation email to you, advising that your order is being processed. Goods will usually be shipped within 3 working days of confirmation of your order and you will be alerted once they have shipped.

I have a discount code

If you have a discount code this can be applied at checkout; just put the code in when prompted and click apply- you should see your order amount decrease. 

What is sustainable clothing/fashion?

Sustainable' fashion refers to garments that have been made in a way that is mindful of the many environmental issues the fashion industry can impact upon. It is not mass-produced and uses organic materials. If a brand provides GOTS certified clothing this  means their product(s) must: contain at least 95% organic fibre.  which has not been treated with bleach, formaldehyde or any other toxic substances. Our vision is to only stock sustainable clothing, currently 95% of the brands we stock are from sources who support this vision. We hope that in the near future this will increase to 100%. 100% of our clothes are ethically made.
