Return Policy

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order once the product(s) have been dispatched. 
 
Returns (if applicable)
We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within seven days after the receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email belloandbonita@gmail.com to arrange your return. We aim to respond to all requests for returns within three working days.
 
Notes
If the return is due to a change of mind from the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The specific cost should be based on the express company you choose. If some of the goods in the package you received are missing, damaged, or stained, please contact us in a timely fashion. Once verified with the consumer's information and photo, a return and replacement will be arranged by Bello and Bonita.com.
 
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method; refunds should take between 5-7 days and depend on your card issuer's processing times.
 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund after waiting for the exact time following acknowledgment from Bello and Bonita that the refund has been processed, please call your card issuer before contacting us at belloandbonita@gmail.com


Damaged Items
Here at Bello and Bonita we inspect all of our items twice before shipment. If your item is damaged you will need to provide photographic evidence of the damage before we make a decision; if we find that the product is damaged then we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on where to send back your item(s). Items returned without following this process will not be accepted.Once your item has been received by us a refund will be made to your original method of payment.

Please note sale items are non refundable  and non returnable unless deemed faulty.
